Welcome to St Francis and Clackmannanshire Credit Union members!
Exciting news! Both St Francis Xavier Credit Union and Clackmannanshire Credit Union have now merged with Falkirk District Credit Union and we are delighted to officially welcome both as part of our growing community. Our future aim is to rename to reflect our new partnerships.
All transferred members have a new FDCU membership number and as a member of FDCU, will have access to our range of services, including the members’ area on our website and our new Mobile App. A new PIN for the Mobile App/members’ web area has or will be provided by SMS with instructions if you have already provided your mobile phone number. Please call the office if you require a replacement PIN.
Transferring members should have received a letter welcoming you to FDCU with details of how to transact on accounts and our friendly team is here to help Monday-Friday. You will reach us by phone on 01324 473695 or email office@falkirkcreditunion.co.uk
Our current opening hours are as follows:

Our aim is to make this transition as smooth as possible and ensure you continue to enjoy the high level of service you have come to expect. All existing products will remain the same, and you can continue with your usual payments. Loan rates will remain the same until your current loan has been repaid or topped up.
